We are providing Crystal Sugar that is produced by gently extracting, purifying, and crystallising the cell sap of sugar beets. This sugar, which is also known as confectioners sugar or icing sugar, has fine, homogeneous particles that provide food a smooth texture for icings, dustings, candies, and decorations. Each teaspoon has only 10 calories. Nearly all industrial raw and refined Crystal Sugar is produced from either sugar beet or sugar cane, and the processing methods are nearly identical with only a few major exceptions.
